Looks like they just picked a transfer from Pitt V'Lique Carter.  I think two more years left. 

And it seems he was a legit piece of their offense, not just some walk-on who never saw the field.

Looks be a great addition. I can’t say that it’s accurate, but the Pitt Panther board indicates that he is Saquon Barkley’s cousin and ran a 4.2 or 4.18 40. He came in as a 3 star DB, then switched to O where he was both a WR and RB.
