Agreed on both counts. Bryant is not good. Their only win against Fisher. But a W is a W, and Morgan Haney is apparently back. She’ s good.  She was a starter her first year for a reason, before all the knee problems. I was surprised to see that she is coming off the bench so far, but as the season goes on she will probably be playing more minutes. Phillips and Werth are good first year players.

Next up for UAW is at Colgate Sunday. They are 1-5. Losses to Syracuse, Niagara, Canisius, Wagner, and a 19 pt. loss to Cornell who buzzer beat us. Only win was by 9 over UMBC.

Colgate women just got by a winless LCC tonight, 56-54, and go to 1-6. A very winnable game on Sunday. Of course I said the same thing about Merrimack. We shall see.

Hopefully LCC falls to a perfect 0-8 in their next game on 12/12 when they do what their men are again afraid to do. Travel to Albany. They would already be "last" in the AE with losses to Binghamton and unh.

Unfortunately I will miss that game but hoping to hear a happy result

Ladies take care of business—beat Colgate 60-39, after leading by 5 at the half. Kayla Cooper, once again, the best player, 17 points, lots of rebounds and very active. We held Colgate to 16 2cd half points, and hit 7 3’s, something the men need to do more often. Vanderbilt next, then LCC.

Midway thru 2cd qtr. of UAW at Vandy ESPN + had some technical problems. Went to another game and still hasn’t come back. We were down 20-11 after one, and if I’m reading this right, we are down 25-16 at halftime. A 5-5 tie in the 2cd qtr? Hope to get to see the 2cd half.
