Lilly Phillips is day to day with an ankle injury, and Mullen said she wasn’t sure about her availability for Stony Brook. On Hahne, Mullen said, “we still don’t even have any direction for her illness right now.” (?)

So Phillips is questionable for today. In the NFL questionable means you play. Here, though, I would think not and let her rest the ankle for next Wed. Then again this is a big game, so we’ll see.  A rather mysterious comment from coach Mullen on Hahne. If not Covid, what? Sounds like she will not return anytime soon.

Women lose 58-47. Main difference was SB broke out of a shooting slump and was 8-19 from three while Albany was 3-21.  Also too many 1st half turnovers

Stony Brook has a well rounded team (five players average in double figures).  If UAlbany women can stay healthy, they should be in the upper half of the conference at seasons end.  The Hartford loss is the one that still really hurts!

Should be 5-1.  We can beat SB, and I believe we will at home if we stay fairly healthy. We also need to beat the teams we should beat. No more clunkers. Earlier this year I sang the praises of Morgan Haney. Thought she would score more but that hasn’t happened. Her ball handling and defense are good, just needs to look at the basket more.

56-44 win. Shot 6-7 three-pointers in the first half to go out to a big lead, then shot 2-11 in the second, but Lowell never got closer than nine. Hahne played 15 minutes.

Just realized they have players named Haegerstrand, Hahne, Haney and Hanner. Sounds like a cheap law firm.
