Not sure if anyone noticed, but UVM only scored 14 in the second half against Yale today. They were winning at the half and lost 29...

Yeaaa, a win vs a D1 team 😳. And another blistering performance from the free throw line at 46%.

I fell asleep so this morning was a surprise based on what was heard before the sandman got the upper hand. Nice to get a win, but just to pump the brakes a little bit…..

 

They barely got by a team with a 1-4 record. 
That “1” was against a team from the NCCAA.  That’s not a misspelling. 
Funny that the first takeaway on the UA story is that they held  Presbyterian to 0-11 from three. They shot 4-22 from three against Carolina….the team from the N C C C A. Basically, they suck from three point range. 
23-125 for the year. 

But a win is a win is a win I guess…small steps. But undisciplined fouls and an inability to make foul shots will eat this team alive in the AE. Lots and lots of work left to do.

Wanted to see how bad the Big South Conference is to validate or dispute Jimbos post. That league looks better than the AE this year, but Presby is in the bottom of it.

We are ranked 326 this year according the Bart Torvik. Not sure we've had a team ranked this low since .... Since.... Since 2003?
