Without a doubt he has to cut back on his TOs but though it's a negative stat look at the compaby he's with...

 

10th - Jose Juan Barea - Notheastern

Some times certain teams ask their guards to do a little more than most guards because of the supporting cast. UA has no other true handlers in their playing rotation and therefore Jamar is exposed to a great deal of pressure and double teams. With that said he still has to protect the ball more and knock off a few of the silly TOs.
