BPG vs. BU

Pomeroy has us favored by 6 and teamrankings.com has us favored by 4.7. Even though this BU team is weaker than past years, we still need to play very strong. I'm sure the Terriers will be pretty motivated following their loss against UNH and wanting to stick it to us at our big game.

 

We played well defensively at BU a couple weeks ago but need to work on shutting down Gardner a bit more. While we were fairly effective against him, Zo's a bit too slow and Jimmie is a bit short for Gardner's baby jump hook thing. Maybe some kind of Zo/Brent double like we did with Adeleke? Forcing them to shoot from the perimeter more I don't think is a bad idea.

 

And if we show any of the offensive flashes like we did last night, it should be an even more exciting game than usual. Remember, Brent and someone else (Zo I think) didn't play for large portions of the game at BU because of foul trouble.
