What a story. Before this season the University of Albany had never finished a season at the division I level over 500. Now they are dancing. It’s been a process for coach Will Brown, who is now in his fifth season and he has made strides in each and every season. Two years ago the program had the fourth best turnaround in America. Brown became an assistant at Albany in September of 2001 and three months later he was promoted to interim coach. At season’s end the interim tag was removed. Now Albany has a new tag -- America East Champions.

 

It sure has been a process a very successful one.
