More recognition for Jamar

Joe Calderon (sp?) on the news announced that Jamar was named 1st Team All District 2 by the NABC (National Association of Basketball Coaches). Jamar was a second team member last year.

 

District 2 covers all of NY (Syracuse, St Johns, Fordham etc.)

Here's the Athletic's release on the story. I went to the NABC website to see who else made the first team, but couldn't find a story on it. District 2 covers at least the state of New York..wasn't sure if it includes more states than that. Great honor for him..hopefully he gets selected for one of the NABC All-America teams as well.
