The inside word is that Vinny Esposito has moved ahead of Frank Blasinsky in the battle for the starting QB job. The offense has performed better under Esposito's leadership and direction. He has shown good arm strength and accuracy while making better on-the-field decisions. While the difference between the two remains narrow, it is good to see that the competition at the QB position has led to one of the QB's stepping up and earning the starting role.
