Freeport 85, Shenango 70 -- Forward Brent Ferko led four players in double figures for Freeport (18-6) with 25 points in a Class AA second-round game at North Allegheny.

 

David Bauman scored 19 points, Chuck Chelecki added 15 and Chris Plocki had 11 for the Yellowjackets, who will play Sto-Rox in the quarterfinals Saturday.

 

Terry Grossetti scored 21 points for Terry Grossetti (20-8).
