I have been advised that Albany Police, County Sheriff patrols and NYS Troopers will be conducting random spot checks for seat belt law compliance and intoxication tonite. This means you don't have to be driving erraticly to be stopped. I'm far from a preacher on this topic, but it would be wise to not drive if you drink tonight.
