Finally, things can get back to normal as the season review is done! Since I don't have access to a printer for that many pages I ordered mine via email from the local Kinkos. I just called them up, got the email address to send my order: "I would like to order one copy double-sided with comb binding of the pdf at the url:

That way I get it nicely bound (costs $4.95) and printed (9 cents a page) and I can pick it up. I tend to keep these mags on my desk or in my bag in a pressbox for quick reference so I like the binding. Of course the online version has clickable links and such.

It is a 7 meg .pdf (68 pages) file.

You need to remove the " after the link, because it is making it not clickable.  Or, people can read this and take the " off after the page comes up unavailable.

That is the email message I sent. Click on the title link (I-AA.ORG MAGAZINE YEAR 2004 SEASON REVIEW) to get the document folks.
