Loudonville, N.Y. ? Aimee Kern captured her singles and doubles matches to lead UAlbany to a 5-2 victory over Siena in women?s tennis action on Tuesday, April 12.

 

Kern posted a 6-1, 6-0 decision at third singles for the Great Danes. Kern and Courtney Michels earned a 9-7 win at No. 1 doubles. Amanda Hall and Kim Westcott won fourth and fifth singles, then paired for an 8-4 showing at No. 2 doubles. Kyle Steller rounded out the singles winners for UAlbany with a 6-2, 6-1 victory at No. 6.

 

UAlbany (7-9) returns to action on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Long Island.
