I was told at the game this weekend that the stadium plan was a 3 year plan. 1 year to get the $$, 2 years to build it.

With Saturday's attendance at 6,212, he may want to revise that upward a little - gotta leave yourself a little room for for growth. 8 - 10K for phase 1 still sounds right to me.
