Albany signee Brian Lillis scored 19 pts. last night but fouled out with 7 minutes left in the game after picking up his 4th foul and then picked up a technical foul after he argued the call and that became his 5th foul and he fouled out.

 

He went up against Jimmy Binnie who is considered the frontrunner for Iowa state player of the year. Binnie signed with Dayton.

 

Looks like Lillis could have went for 25 if he didn't make the bonehead decision of getting a technical.

 

I think he is still recovering from an injured knee. He is suppose to be a very talented kid who can play all 3 perimeter positions at 6'5.
