NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championship Quarterfinal Round Tickets Available

Princeton, N.J. – Tickets are now available for the NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Championship’s North Region Quarterfinals on Saturday, May 19 at Princeton Stadium. UAlbany battles Cornell in the first quarterfinal round game at 12 noon. Johns Hopkins and Georgetown are paired at 3:00 p.m.

 

General admission seats are priced at $15.00 for the NCAA lacrosse doubleheader, while children (14-under) are $10.00. Students can purchase tickets at the gate only on Saturday for $10.00. Princeton University’s ticket office is open Monday-Thursday, from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., and Friday, from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. For tickets, call 609-258-3538 or use the on-line service, www.goprincetontigers.com. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. Princeton Stadium, the home of the Tigers’ football program, seats capacity crowds of 27,800.

 

UAlbany (15-2) and Cornell (14-0) will meet for the first time. The Big Red, who defeated Towson in the first round, are ranked No. 1 in both the USILA and Nike/Inside Lacrosse national polls. Cornell is making its 20th NCAA appearance, including four straight under head coach Jeff Tambroni. The Great Danes recorded the program’s first-ever NCAA win in Sunday’s 19-10 triumph against Loyola. The contest will be televised nationally by ESPNU and seen locally on Time Warner Cable (TW3). Dave Ryan and Mark Dixon will call the action. WCDB-90.9 FM, the campus’ radio station, will also air the quarterfinal
