offseason health update?

Recommended Posts

A couple of weeks ago I spoke with Jamar and he said everything was going real well. His biggest problem was his endurance as he hadn't run in months. At the time of our conversation he said the strength in the injured leg was about 75% because he hadn't done anything with it for months. He stated he expected to be ready for full conditioning and full drills in about a few weeks so I would imagine he's probably doing individual workouts at full strength about now.

When I spoke with him he was upbeat and excited and said he was hoping to be a solid 180lbs by next season. He was about 155 when he played as a freshman. This physical maturity should make him extremely effective as he will not be pushed around or effectively bumped as he was during his frosh year.

He could truly be a special player for the Danes.
