OK, I'll admit when I'm wrong. Some time ago, I posted that Siena was afraid to play us in women's hoop this year because our team would be senior dominated and they had run out of Latvian players. Well, I saw in today's Gazette that they signed a Latvian , Liga Alpe-Lupe, a 5'10" guard. So, it must have been one of those other reasons.

 

By the way, if anyone cares, the article also says that Siena woman's signee, Shondaya Burell from Colonie will not enroll at Siena and will go prep "to strengthen her academics"
