We're at #172 now, down from 160 last year. I say it every year but it's a shame the school can't figure out a way to reverse this trajectory. Big drop from even 10 years ago, let alone from the 1990s, when we competed with Binghamton for best SUNY. They're #83 now; SBU and Buffalo are tied at #93. 

This doesn't help us in sports either, especially in lacrosse where we compete with Virginia, Yale, and Hopkins for recruits.
