I "have heard" that Roger Wyland is working on his list of questions for Albany's introduction of the new women's basketball coach ... I hope the new coach is prepared for the Sports Anchor ready to ask that extra question to weed out the truth ....

I am glad that Benson & Company has bought this to a conclusion

I wonder what will happen with Perotti.
Great question ... could stay as associate head coach ... He would be helpful in easing the transition ... however this will be up to the new coach

Anyone want to carpool? I live in Cuse but could drive to said carpool. Denver doesn't scare me the way they should. People forget they were going to be a 3 seed before losing to GTown.
Sign up for the bus sponsored by Alumni Association leaving from the UAlbany campus ... drive to Albany then rest up on the bus

Good hire..did Roger know ... I do not recall hearing anything... Good luck to the new coach

Thanks everyone.... glad to see people using their time wisely ...I cannot wait until October...

Roger Wyland is reporting on his sports segment .... Conner is doubtful ... my opinion ... he needs to ready to play hard ... and if he cannot ... then let the coach know ... he needs to do the right thing for his team mates ...

Compared to the other schools Nova is the closest thing to a sure thing....

Ahhh. yes lacrosse balls can do some damage.....
-
My thoughts: Albany must be prepared to play without Connor... when someone is hurting, it is wrong to ask him to play superman to bail you out.
-
Thanks for update... Nova is a likely school competing at tournament time.. particularly the NCAA

How much time has past? The school years is coming to an end .... I have seen some of the women's team at the AE championship game ... they seem happy

ESPN analysts shared their thoughts about the stats... my impression ESPN did not agree with info used

Did anyone catch ESPN interview with the committee chair? They questioned why Richmond was not a play-in team. ESPN questioned why Cornell was not the 8 seed with Syracuse traveling to Ithaca. Hmmm nothing makes sense to some of us.

No doubt...Consumer's doctor appointment is very important...having knee drained
-
Perhaps we should turn to Roger Wyland for his insights on the lacrosse seedlings .... he likely has asked that extra question..
-
The selection and seeding is in the hands of the committee...

A team, which hung in there, even when things looked bleak. Great job Coach Davos!!!

Exactly.
Too often times useless just acts as an LCC mouthpiece.
As wyland put it"good reporting is going the extra mile and not believing an official talking head without working your sources to get the real story "
Could he be talking about mark S there ( as an example of a poor reporter)
Roger Wyland is just towing the WNYT promo line... If catch the news some evening on WNYT ... you will see the ad about the crusading WNYT news staff .... this topic was open by me when, Roger Wyland reported Siena College was interested in Will Brown. Did Roger attempt to speak with Will? To my knowledge he did not (and add insult to injury Roger's delivery style at times on this story was gleeful) Perhaps the reason is that Will Brown was having lunch with the beat reporter from the T - U. This resulted in a positive story about Albany's basketball newest recruits. Has Roger given any coverage to this story line? Last thought .... news print or television ... we will have issues with the Albany coverage ... let's stop worrying about the Siena coverage

Last nights match was a game of two halves ... yes Albany played much better in the second half .... UMass-Lowell is now four years in the conference many of their teams are hitting the stride ... Men's Lacrosse is an example .. congrats to the River Hawks and their staff ... lets move on to UVM ... watched discussion between Marr and Connor ... Connor ... I feel for you and hope you feel better and able to play on Saturday ... Connor you are one of the GREATEST GREAT DANES!!!!
