Parking is NOT a problem---for $25 you got a parking permit for football & bb, less than $1 event!! For Albany Fan---I don't find the Pepsi an enjoyable arena, seats are very, very tight and you are no where near the floor for any event although for games like Siena & Syracuse it is a must. 8000 fans is, as Sarge 965 pointed out, unrealistic. We would have to drop all of our opponents, including Villanova, except for Syracuse and Siena. The average size of our current opponents is slightly over 3000 and except for Vermont and occasionally Maine, they are never full. A packed RACC at 5000 is a lot more fun for the players than 8000 in the caverns of the Pepsi!!
