I heard Andrew Catalon say last night and I read in this morning's Gazette, that our win yesterday over Quinnipiac cliched at least a share of the conference regular season championship. It seems to me this is not true. The win clinched at least a home game in the Conference semi-finals, but mathematically UMBC could still win the conference regular season championship outright. Am I missing something?

It does clinch a home game in the tournament but it will clinch a share if SBu beat UMBC. Bottom line if we beat UMBC we win the conference. Fate is in own hands.

Does anyone know if the conference semi-final on May 4 will be in the afternoon or night? By the way, if we, UMBC and Stony Brook all ended up 5-1 in conference, are we positive that we'd get a home game?

Bing beats Stony Brook this afternoon. Therefore, if we win tonight, we'll be the #1 seed and Bing, Stony and UMBC wil have a 3 way tie for second. If we lose, it'll be UMBC #1, us #2, Bing #3 and Stony #4.
