Men's Hoops questions

Recommended Posts

As the season approaches there are some questions facing the Men's Hoop team and if they can be answered with positive answers then we will have a very good year, if answered negatively we will be the same team we were last season.

Will Jamar's assist/to ratio improve?

Will Kirsten finish plays this year? 41% FG% for the 7' is not going to cut it!

Is Jon Iati going to stroke it like he did before being lost to injury?

Will Brent Wilson go inside and score?

Will Lillis ever be healthy?

Will any of the 4 new team members contribute significantly?

For a team that has shown steady improvement the last few seasons - to make the next step most of these questions need positive answers.

I can't wait for the season to begin.

Alum73 - hopefully something will be done for the concessions at Homecoming this weekend and for the RACC or instead of winning support we'll be turning them away. UA athletic has to be fan freindly and the fans have to leave an event happy and with no...... BUTS.

Those seem to be the big ones. I'd like to add one.

Will Jordan play like he did early in the season or late in the season?

I also find many of those questions dependant on the answers to others.

If Iati shoots well then Jamar's ratio will improve.

If Zoellner shoots 41% and has the T/O's then at least one of the 4 rookies better contribute.

If Lillis is healthy, I think Jamar's ratio will improve and Iati will shoot the ball well.

I too look forward to the start of the season. Ordered my tickets yesterday. Well, I tried. Left a message around noon and have yet had a return call. Not that I'm worried about being shutout, but it is surprising that no one returned the call.
