Great to see that three of Albany's six all-conference selections will be back next year. I realize Rico is a serving specialist but it's surprising to me that as a senior she didn't even get an honorable mention after leading the conference in aces.

I'd love to see a packed house this afternoon (5:30). I can forsee a time when the entire gym will have to be open for the VB matches.

 

I went to the Florida Mississippi match the Friday after the basketball games. Different floor put doen, different cheerleaders, pep band and a large boisterous crowd (2549).

 

Florida pep band and fans are totally in sync. They really have some great fan participation. I hope we can do some of the same. It's an impressive and difficult place for the visiting team.
