Well done, Ladies

Not to be lost amidst all the coverage of UA/UConn on Sunday was a fine performance by the UAlbany women's basketball team in defeating Holy Cross.

I must admit I had my head in my hands when the game started off with a 11-1 deficit for the Danes, but there was a true team effort on both ends of the floor to get back into contention and eventually pull away from the Crusaders, who had a strong turnout to cheer for Bethlehem grad Kaitlin Foley.

good game...and I was impressed by their defense. They should press everygame especially when they are so much quicker. I liked the few blocks in the paint as well but at times they gambled too much.

Which girl was the one on Holy Cross that kepy yelling BALL BALL BALL BALL!

SHE DROVE ME CRAZY AND I WASN'T EVEN PLAYING.

GREAT JOB LADIES AND I was impressed by the turnout to support our Lady Danes
