Small Stuff Matters

Who's running the UA website? It needs a lot of work, as has been said many times on this forum.

I just noticed that the university posted the Business Week article on top colleges for making money. Instead of choosing the Forbes article that ranks us #19 against all public colleges in this entire country, they choose the Business Week that ranked us #4 but in the Party school grouping. Why? The Forbes ranking is so much better.

Also, they chose the Business Week article URL to a page that says nothing about UA. Really? Why?

As 'UofAlbany' has noted, the university website still doesn't have current photos of the entry plaza despite spending millions to update the campus. Many of the links lead to pages that haven't been updated in a decade (The UA history page in particular).

Your doing much better UA but the small stuff matters when your competing for the best. Place a link to the Forbes article on the UA Home Page for god's sake. How much better publicity can you ask for in these recessionary times!

Below are the links in question.
