Shawn Miller who was a WR at Albany after transferring from HVCC is now doing very well as a boxer.

 

18-0 as a heavyweight and Empire State Games gold medalist.

 

He's the brother of local fighter Shannon Miller.

Yeah. Heck of an athlete this kid is.

 

All American at HVCC.

Div I Wide receiver at Albany (and a very good one too before he got hurt)

Pitched at WV for 3 years (who knows how he got that eligibility).

Played for the Conquest for a season I think.

 

Now he's a very good boxer and a teacher at Catholic Central.
