Looks like the governor is giving the SUNY and CUNY system 2.4 billion in new capital projects.  If they give each school an equal amount that would be 26.9 million to each college.  I know that each college won't get the same amount.  What are the odds the AD gets 25% of that to build the indoor track facility?
