  1. I do not understand passing the ball BACK to the goaly on a clear when there are a few second to go. No idea how much time is left????
  2. Pepe has allowed three goals [maybe 35], very slow on his feet and on slides. Gash one that I saw. Several just def getting caught flat footed and the attack stepping around them and scoring, being totally OUT HUSTLED, bad passes and unforced turnovers AGAIN. How can our wings never get a ground ball???????? Coach keeps sticking with the same sub lines?? A LOT of Attack subs.................not jelling well. How can we NOT take a shot 3 or 4 possessions?? What do I know though??
  3. TURNOVERS again!!!! Guys getting caught flat footed and then throwing the ball away AGAIN. Same guys every game so far!!!!
  4. I was impressed looking at his vids. Never can tell how a kid will perform with better competition. I was involved with a conversation at the lacrosse game with a couple of old team mates. Sometimes kids think because they were a stud and a star on their previous team, especially HS, they think they will be on the next level. EVERYBODY on ANY level college team was a star on their HS team.
  5. Can't disagree with any of this. LS D still making silly mistakes, poor slides, bad passes!!!
  6. Too early to be negative. YOUNG team finally starting to jell a little. Yunker will be back soon too.
  7. Brock Boyer, Allentown, Pa, DE / DT, 6' 1", 245 lbs. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/12639982/6193cf4cff01f10a2483eef8 5·Feb 27 Committed to U Albany Thank you to @PHSTrojansFB for the last 4 years. New journey starts
  8. Griffin Woodell, Glens Falls, 5' 10" 195 lbs., RB/WR, massive stats, another local kid - gotta be a walk-on. tweeted UAlbany Football ‘26
  9. Yong guys making big mistakes and a couple of seniors too...................................
  10. Jonathan Ross, Waldorf, MD, Defensive Line Bowie State, 6-3, 260, CLASS Redshirt Sophomore ‘21 Region 2 DPOTY ‘21 CAA DPOTY ‘21 BOXTOROW All American 1st team ‘21 CAA All-American 1st-Team ‘21 First 1st All conference DL‘19 CIAA ROTY Feb 22 Has a BUNCH of offers!
  11. Just terrible fundamentals, Long stick not moving their feet. Pee-wee lacrosse-type passes. Man up for a MINUTE and NO shot into the net. LS's cannot seem to get the ball across midfield when we get it. THAT is coaching.........period! Come on coaches - gotta get on some asses and get them moving. Just looking bad................... Down by 2 for almost an entire period and had 10 turnovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. Cornell is just not a better team. We have turned the ball over 2 -3 times for each of their goals after the 1st period. Terrible passes, forcing the ball, just throwing it away.
  13. I stopped counting our turnovers in the 2nd period when we got to 10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just awful - terrible passes - bad decisions - BUT we made enough plays to stay close.
  14. Sorry but since the the score was 7-3 Cornell DOES NOT look better. We have turned the ball repeatedly..............
  15. Bob I am sorry but this is a red herring argument. The invite was from the coaching staff and to Season Ticket holders. Spend the few extra bucks and get a season ticket if you want to get the simple extra perks. Like or not this was invite only and for that specific group of fans. Other perks offered to season ticket holders - PAY and donate and get parking next to the SEFCU arena. That's just the way it is.
  16. Invitation only zoom events are just that. It is presumptuous to post a link for such a meeting that was specifically offered to season ticket holders by the coaching staff so that folks who are not season ticket holders can join.......................you can agree or not. BUT you did not set the meeting up! I have been for years............................
  17. As is usual Marr did play about everyone. I was near a bunch of parents and Logan Tucker's grandfather. I was pleasantly surprised by Kellan Seneca - played better than my expectations ------- Coach Marr played lines by quarter and subbed accordingly. New FOGO from Onondaga CC wore #27, not on the roster has only been at school for a couple of weeks - VERY quick - and aggressive. Regan has some work - I was next to his dad most of the scrimmage. He said FOGO has been an issue during fall ball and pre-season. Agree clear needs LOTs of improvement. Goalie wearing # 34 not on roster OR maybe he has a new number! Logan Tucker had 4 goals, Hogg had two I think. Attack did try to force a couple of inside passes where there was no lane - lost the ball. BUT there were a couple of great passes inside too. #8 sophomore, Jack Vanvalkenburgh had some GREAT saves in goal. Defense was much better than I expected based on comments from guys who were at fall-ball. Aggressive. Still allowing the step around goals from the defensive left side - 5 or 6 ??? Def. was aggressive as they need to be. A LOT of bad passes by LS Middies and LS Defense late. Several freshman guys looked good when in there. #48 on Def. Conlon Crowley made a couple of good plays - knocked the ball away and got the ground ball. His dad was next to me - from Vestal, near Binghamton where I grew up. Amos Whitcomb #2 looked very good on attack. #5 Adam Thistlethwaite looked good when in there as well. #41 Parker Winky looked good on attack. There were others too but I remember those guys.
  18. Season ticket holders only.........not sure why this would be posted here.................
  19. I knew I had seen that - the FB field house will be a full sized field I think. Yes? No?
  20. Not much we can do about the schedule based on where we live except trying to schedule games at indoor facilities. Not many are large enough... Maybe somebody will donate 20 - 30 million to build and indoor football and lacrosse facility. Hasn't there been one in the plan for many years -to the left of the gym? I may have the area wrong but thought I saw plans a while ago.
