Man we just keep beating those #25 teams this semester, FH beat American 1-0.

Today's Gazette College Notebook features FH and its international makeup - two from Holland, Holden from Toronto, and Simpson from England.

 

Coach Sykes, one of only five men FH coaches in Division I, was a 1996 Olympian, which he feels helps in recruiting. He doesn't wear his Olympic jacket when interviewing, though.

 

"We're still not at the point where we have the 14 exact players we want, but we're getting there".

 

The team has been getting some honorable mention votes, even before beating American.
