8 Year Old Long Jump School Record Broken Twice!!!

Recommended Posts

UAlbany's 8 year old long jump school record was broken twice in 2 different time zones today. Early in the day sophomore Valete Graham jumped out to 23'11 3/4 inches at the Tyson Invitational in Fayetville, Arkansas only to be outdone by junior teammate Freddie Wills a few hours later back in Binghamton with a leap of 24'3". Wills also quadrupled back taking 2nd in the hurdles, taking 2nd in the high jump, & setting a new personal best in the pole vault taking 7th.

Should be a crazy conference meet next week between him and teammate Dave Parker in the Heptathlon. Parker took 1st in the high jump, 4th in the pole vault, 5th in the long jump, and 5th in the 55 Hurdles, with personal bests in each event!
