Women may avoid play-in game

I assume the women's format is the same as the mens. If so, UA has a chance to avoid the play-in game. Certainly playing Maine today won't help that.

 

Would be good for the program to accomplish that.

Tough game today against Maine but you're right they're tied for 5th right now and would avoid the P.I.G. were the season to end. Kind of disappointed in the way the women's tourney is scheduled-It starts during the week. I'm not sure why they did it that way.

Women's program has certainly made some strides this year. Twice they've had the "programs biggest win," over FIU and then beating Hartford on the road.
