I had the privilege of attending last night's event, "Courtside With Will Brown." It was an outstanding presentation, and I learned a lot about work ethic, leadership, and motivation, in addition to learning a lot about Coach. What impresses me about him, inter alia, is that his mental "gears" are constantly moving. He's constantly working, planning, and thinking about basketball, our players, and our program and university. I wonder if he gets more than 4 hours of sleep each night! I really enjoyed listening to his presentation last night.

 

And most importantly, I think that the great things that he is doing at UAlbany -- i.e., the way he has built and conducted our basketball program (including the way that he has gone about recruiting) -- reach far beyond simply wins and losses.
