Brett Queener, G, Albany

GREAT pick by the Rattlers. Yet another local product, but the important thing is he can play offense too. That’s important with MLL’s small rosters. You kinda have to dress two goalies, so Queener gives the Rattlers a backup goalie who doesn’t just stand on the sideline with sunglasses and a clipboard. Greg Havalchak broke his ankle this offseason so that’s a big loss for the Rattlers.
