This is a story about how the recession has actually lowered the cost of the convention center as materials, labor and land (in their case) has decreased in value.

 

I would assume the same thing about the stadium project. The decrease in the price of gas alone should lower the cost of building everywhere.

I know people who work reselling steel and other metal materials like copper etc. The price of steel and other metals has DRAMATICALLY dropped in the last couple of years.
