I think it is important to point out that from the media reports I've read, Daquino had a good shot but saw Resetarits cut and got him the ball, for the game winner. Daquino has totally changed from a scorer to a feeder for the good of the team with the addition of freshman scorers like Thomson and Resetarits and last time I looked led the conference in assists by a significant margin. Daquino got my vote. By the way, Daquino was on the 11 o'clock news with Wyland last nite, talking about Saturday's game. Dane Pound Posted May 7, 2004 Author Report Share Posted May 7, 2004 With Wednesday's win Daquino and Rae have been in the conference championship game every year of their college careers so far. That's certainly alot of experience. With the way Spring Sports are going maybe Wyland needs to do a spring sports show in addition to the basketball and football show.
