Will The Men Sign Another???????

Heard that Brown had a few kid's visit recently? Does that mean a scholarship is available and that we are going to sign another guy for next season? Sounds good to me!!

 

Can anybody with ties to the program confirm this????????????????

I didn't think anyone was closer to the program than you!!!!!!!

 

If there is a scholarship available, the type of player that the staff would recruit would be interesting.

 

There probably is a bunch of guards available and probably not too many decent power players, so would Brown go for the best player he could get or would he be searching for a special need player (ie. a sharpshooting SF who has the quickness to defend away from the basket).

 

This late in the recruiting process he's probably looking at a JC hopefully a freshman who was a qualifier out of HS and would give us 3 years.

 

Then again might he go for a better level player by seeking a transfer who would sit out next year.

We should have six guards on the roster next year. Five of them will be a soph or a freshman. I can't see them taking another guard but who knows?

Considering our recent luck with big men (Hughes gone, Pipikis injured) I'd like another big guy but as you pointed out they are probably few and far between this late in the recruiting cycle. A SF like Clyde Hooks that insiders had us listed as offering would be a nice pickup. I think he signed with Loyola Chicago today.
