My wife and I were chuckling over the front page story in today's TU. It's about some $iena students who are upset over the school recent prohibition of late-night coed get-togethers. It can't help enrollment. Siena closes door to late-night liaisons-TU.

 

Another is on the popularity of interim president Ryan. Interim leader a faculty favorite-TU.

conservative restrictions for grown adults on-campus at siena ...

While Siena's policy bars all opposite-sex overnight stays, students can hold off-campus guests of the same sex up to five times during the semester.

... of course, i never knew that "same sex overnight stays" complied with "the nature of being a Franciscan and Catholic college" (siena vp of student affairs) ... just to quote seinfeld, "not that there is anything wrong with that"

 

unfortunate that interim president ryan appears steadfast with his decision to not seek the position permanently
