I noticed another Instagram posting concerning their search for qualified candidates for the Cheer Team.

Perhaps, the impact of a few years of limited wins by the Football and MBB teams.

Hasn't affected the band, which is much larger this year than in the past

Yes, made that observation to my wife last week.  Perhaps, the leadership change has something to do with increase number of the musicians and their quality of their performance.
