You mean like (if we could only get the copyright back) this one?Looks nothing like Scooby Doo but whatever you say, homeslice. You can always alter the Damien logo to be a little more aggressive looking...similar to how the Miami Dolphins redid their logo to be more 'aggressive'.
Oh god no

$475 million? Meh, that's only 1/3 of what Mr. Trump lost in 1995 (adjusted for inflation of course). They can just write it off their taxes for the next 20 years. #MAGA

I find it pretty interesting that when the Nano College was tied to UA, it seemed to get lots of national recognition and praise...even a visit from a sitting president. Ever since the split, I haven't heard so much of a peep about them and now it's embroiled in scandal. Ironic, considering that the Nano College was pulled away from UAlbany because its leader thought it we were holding them back.

Souhern District of NY extends to Albany?

This seems to be the "new normal" when it comes to live events. Terrorism concerns. I've been to several concerts this summer and they all had these restrictions.

To follow up on Jimbo's in a nutshell: The reason I was given to stadium seats not allowed is that angry fans can throw them on the field. When I asked what is the difference if I throw my seat on the field or UA's seat on the field--here it comes: they will supposedly be bolting the UA stadium seats to your bleacher location. The problem I see with this, is what about the casual fan who comes to the game and is willing to pay his $5 for a stadium game day seat. Boom an unbolted projectile and I am defenseless since my weapon is screwed into the bleachers. Which brings me to a second point. This Saturday I am going to the game with a group of 6 or 7 friends. The ticket price in my season area is too expensive so we will be sitting elsewhere. Since my seat is now bolted in place, I cannot move it to the new area. This is really only a one game inconvenience--no biggie; but my old stadium seat is really no more than two cushions stitched together with a couple of side straps. Entirely made off FABRIC with a couple of plastic strips--not a steel framed weapon like the UA version.
Anyhow after listening to the asst. athletic director's explanation (some of which did not add up; like the rule has been in effect for 4 years--I read the policy procure every year cover to cover & the warning posted on the entrance gates never mentioned this rule), I pretty much thanked him for my non-weapon screwed in seat and hung up on such nonsense.
They're going to bolt stadium seats to the bleacher location? That seems ridiculous. So some areas of the bleachers will have seats and others wont? LOL

Not letting people bring their own chair backs is a bad bad policy. They need to change that moving forward. The problems ya'll are mentioning sound amateur hour... hope they listen and fix it all!

What really grinds my gears about these rankings is that it's damn near impossible for any school to make a meaningful jump, yet you can fall 17 places within the span of a year? Total and complete bull$iena.

wow, that place is nice. wish it was around when I was a student! kids these days have it easy
Yeah, I lived in a house that was falling down on Quail Street next to the Going Greek store.
Yep, I know where that is. I lived on Hudson in the late 90's. A buddy of mine went back recently and sent me a pic of the house. I was shocked that it was still standing. What a $iena hole

Likely a retargeting campaign. You visit the UA site. It adds a cookie to your computer, and an ad server recognizes the cookie and serves you UA ads regardless of the content/context of the websites you're visiting.

I'll take it as a good sign when a university system like that looks to UAlbany for new leadership
-
Huge bummer. Dr. Jones was a great leader for this school. Hopefully we can get someone equally capable

A huge improvement over what we had but still underwhelmed. I give it a B-

All that money couldn't buy them half the success that we've had. Sounds like 10 million in wasted money to me. Good for them!
