Gallagher Driscoll---A class act!

I just got finished reading the article in the Times Union and there is only three word to describe him right now: A CLASS ACT!

 

Whatever transpired, and while I hate to think Gallagher did something egregious, Dr. McElroy must have some good (and b/w him and Gallagher) reasons for doing so.

 

That being said, I think the letter on the desk way of firing someone is pretty ridiculous in my opinion. I am a bit shocked if that is the case.

 

However, Gallagher shows strong inner restraint and class in that TU interview. He took the high road and I tip my hat off to him.

 

Gallagher, good luck in your next endeavor, you will be sorely missed!

Glad to see someone else was upset with "the letter on the desk" if that is what really transpired. If this is true, I find it really upsetting and hope it never happens again!!.

Reasons are not important but informing an employee personally is absolutely necessary.
