Does this mean that we are done with all of our recruiting for this and next season? In my opinion the best overall recruits in the entire AE.

2007 Recruits should also include PG Lance James from New Jersey. There's a thread about him from a week or so ago.

The latest Hoopscoop rankings list Ambrose at 169 and little at 376.

 

They will give us a whole perimeter group for 4 years.

My one and only concern with Ambrose is his height, I wish he was like 2 inches taller, but no matter I’m crazy stoked that he is choosing to come. This team is gona be good for a very long time.

At 6' He's about Jamar's size

 

At 205 he's built like "Sweet Lu"

 

A Jamar like athlete (or more athletic) with Lu like strength.

 

I have no worries about his size

 

At the AE level you can't ask for more.

Was there not some talk of Ambrose coming this year and paying his way, but not playing games (sitting out a year) and taking classes. Is that still happening or is he coming next year or what? Anyone know?

The last thing I heard was that he is a partial qualifier and is expected on campus this September. He will sit out this season and be eligible next year when Jamar is gone.

 

I'm not sure if he can work out with the team or not.
