Just a quick update re: Lou for you non-T-U readers. When Lou was cut the 2nd time :

..Michael Ray Richardson, the coach for the Patroons, claimed that Lou hadn't worked hard after coming back to the team & that he really didn't fit with the team

.. Lou was quoted, the day after that, that being cut was part of the business, but he didn't want Richardson's claim to go unchallenged - he was upset with that characterization. The same article also quoted Will Brown indicating that Brown felt Lou was one of the hardest working players he had on his teams and doubted that Lou would coast.

... The following day, as the Patroons felt the shorts from injuries & a defection to Europe, Derrick Rowland asst. coach, purportedly contacted Lou & offered him a spot on the team again. Lou declined. The T - U quoted him as saying something like, if they wanted me on the team they wouldn't have cut me the 2nd time.

Again - all this is from the T - U.

 

Sounds like Richardson isn't a Lou guy, but the 'troonies don't mind having him around for local flavor & solid back-up.

 

Richardson is a joke. Lou showed his class & understanding of the game - again. Way to go Lou!
