From the TU-----University at Albany head women’s basketball coach Trina Patterson announced the arrival of her son, Joshua Odell Patterson, who was born at 11:50 a.m. today, January 29, 2007. Both mother and son, who arrived on the expected due date, are doing fine.

 

Patterson, who is in her fifth season at the helm of the UAlbany program, and her husband, Carl, have two other sons, Carl, Jr. (10) and Matthew (5).

 

Patterson, who has posted a 49-80 record at UAlbany, plans on returning to the sideline on February 14, 2007, when the Great Danes host America East Conference foe Boston U. at 7 p.m.
