well apparently they changed it...a few minutes ago it had bunches of names, including Bloom, saying they were cut. They have now changed it to what UAlum said before

The Eagles inadvertently posted 22 roster cuts on their team website. KR/PR Jeremy Bloom was among them.

As were RB Nate Ilaoa, FB Jason Davis, TE Lee Vickers, WR Michael Gasperson, P Dirk Johnson, CB Nick Graham, LB Dedrick Roper, and DT Ian Scott. The cuts aren't official yet, but most likely will be by Saturday morning.
