Rashad will wear #35 for the Chiefs. Behind veterans Law and Surtain on the depth chart. not much after them. He should get PT

I watched Hard Knocks today and they mentioned Rashad. They were covering the cut down to the 53-man roster and showed that only two free agents were signed post cut-down - Rashad and Tyler Thigpen (QB from Coastal Carolina another FCS team).
