I was thinking about players coming to visit and was wondering, what actually happens on these trips?

 

 

- How long does the player usually stay?

- Does he come with family?

- What happens when he is actually on campus?

 

Does anyone have any knowledge on what happens when a player is visiting?

I've heard that the following Thursday night excursion in Albany is typically included:

It's basically a chance for the current players to show the recruit what his life will be like if he came to UA.

 

It generally involves a little dining hall food, a little video-game playing, and a little fun time. It's the only chance the recruits get to really meet and interact with the players and see if they fit in personality wise.

 

Think of it as a lunch interview of sorts.
