danefan, on AGS you listed the voters in the Coaches' Poll. We had been upset that Albany never got a vote in that poll, but the NEC's reps are Callahan and ... Ford. Are coaches not allowed to vote for their own teams, or did Fordie so want to avoid the appearance of homerism that he wouldn't? When we would have been depending on that poll for a playoff berth (if we'd gotten another OOC win) it's a little disturbing that neither NEC coach (or SID) gave even one point to our own team.

Coaches (SID's) cannot vote for their own teams, that is correct. But I don't know how Callahan wasn't voting for Albany.
