Nice quote from Metcalf's coach, as printed in the Indy Star:

Plainfield

The good news is 6-foot-9 center Blake Metcalf, who signed to play at Division I Albany, is back, giving the Quakers some promise as they try to build on last year's 17-4 Mid-State Conference championship season.

Metcalf averaged 11.5 points and seven rebounds, but coach Dana Greene expects more.

"In terms of doing everything you could possibly do to get better, from the end of one season until the start of the next," Greene said, "he has done it all."
