OT - Vermont to cut baseball/softball

per the Vermont Athletic Department Website. Very sad that the economy is starting to truly show itself in America East Athletics. However, it seems that most Vermont fans from the America East Board rather see them cut the lacrosse programs instead of baseball. sad news all around. I hope it doesn't ever have to come to this at UA.

Yes, bad news. Vermont is a good place to visit and now there are less reasons to visit. I will be there in April for both the UA baseball and lacrosse teams games.
